We regularly run workplace satisfaction surveys, pre- and post-occupancy
opinion surveys for clients and we have built up a data bank of past results
for comparative purposes.
We can rapidly set up on-line surveys which users' access from their
desktops. Anonymity is assured. We have web-based tools to economically
capture and analyse results. Questions can be posed in a variety of formats,
covering any topic. A summary report of results can be made available
typically within two weeks of closing a survey.
Workplace surveys provide quantitative data to help to inform effective
change, as well as recognition of those things which work well. They also
provide an effective end-user consultation mechanism and facilitate staff
buy-in to change.
